We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted bindings cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All hardware sold at Snowbiz comes with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Soft goods like jackets and pants typically carry a limited lifetime warranty from the brand.
How should I maintain my equipment during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of storage wax to your base and storing your gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent edge rust and base dehydration.
